I’ve worked in law enforcement where communication, clarity, and decision-making under pressure were constant.
I’ve coached groups of runners through structured training systems that required discipline and consistency.
The pattern has always been the same:

I've spent more than a decade working with individuals, couples, and leaders navigating growth, conflict, communication, and change.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northwestern University.
I've built and operated multiple businesses across different industries.
I've served in leadership roles across nonprofit and business environments.
What I’ve noticed over the years is that when a business takes care of its team, the team takes care of the business.
Between us, we've spent decades leading teams, building businesses, coaching individuals, counseling leaders and couples, developing systems, and helping people navigate growth, conflict, accountability, and change.
We've learned that sustainable growth requires more than strategy. It requires the right leadership, the right relationships, and the right operating system.
